CANCELLATION POLICY

FOR TOURS PROVIDED BY M&S ADVENTURE AND ARCHEOLOGY TOURS OF BELIZE

At M&S Adventures & Archaeology Tours, we understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide flexibility while ensuring a fair cancellation policy. Please take note of the following terms regarding cancellations for tours, shuttles, or packages:

Booking and Payment:

A minimum deposit of 50% is required upon reservation of the tour, shuttle, or package. Full payment is due on the day of the tour, shuttle, or package.

Cancellations - 30 Days or More:

Cancellations received 30 days or more before the scheduled arrival date will be eligible for a full refund of the initial deposit, with a 5% cancellation fee deducted.

Cancellations - 29 to 7 Days Before Arrival:

For cancellations received within 29 to 7 days before the arrival date, a 50% refund of the initial deposit will be provided.

Cancellations - 6 Days to Arrival:

No refund will be issued for cancellations made 6 days or fewer prior to the scheduled arrival date of any tour, shuttle, or package.

No Show Policy: In the event that the customer does not show up for their tour or uses only a portion of the package, no refund will be issued.

Weather-Related Cancellations:

Tours canceled due to unforeseen weather conditions will be rescheduled for the following day, unless alternative arrangements are made by the client via email.

Rescheduling:

Rescheduling of tours has no additional charge. However, a 25% fee will be applied for moving the date of any package or shuttles if the rescheduling is done within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time.
